Learning & Development Lead

Lucidya is seeking a Learning & Development Lead to create structure and clarity in their high-growth startup environment, focusing on building talent density through intentional development. The successful candidate will design and execute the company-wide L&D strategy, build HiPo frameworks, and deliver soft skills training, among other responsibilities.

Requirements

• 6-7+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management
• Experience in startups or high-pressure environments
• Ability to work with remote teams
• Strong understanding of performance management, HiPo frameworks, and competency frameworks
• Experience with instructional design principles and Learning Management Systems
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) and Arabic
