JOIN OUR TEAM!!! Lubbock Heart & Surgical Hospital specializes in the care of cardiac, orthopedic, nephrology, urology, and general medical patients. We are a highly active inpatient center with a 24-hour Emergency Department and various medical facilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or health care administration
• 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in hospital finance
• Certified Public Accountant/Certified Management Accountant or Certified Manager of Patient Account preferable
• Excel expertise required
• Ability to work individually and in a team setting
• Experience developing and motivating staff
• Computer proficiency and data analysis experience
• Proven ability to create effective working relationships
• Demonstrated leadership ability and complex organizational management skills
