Java Technical Lead

LRN is seeking an experienced Technical Lead (Java) to drive the design and development of enterprise-grade applications. You will shape software architecture, establish best practices, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Requirements

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features.
• Mentorship and Coaching: Coach the team, help identify and remove technical impediments and security vulnerabilities, and foster a process of continuous improvement.
• Technical Planning: Proactively work with the team to plan and achieve technical goals and participate in creating deployment plans for releases.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with project managers, business analysts, product owners, and the Architect Council to align on project timing and priorities.
• Code Quality and Performance: Maintain high code quality, organization, and automation standards while actively working on bug fixes and performance improvements.
• Architectural Guidance: Lead technology discussions and impact analysis for new functional and non-functional requirements, working closely with the Architect Council.
• Security Focus: Proactively mitigate security vulnerabilities within projects.
