Job Description
ProArch is hiring an experienced Java Technical Lead to lead a team of developers, driving the design and implementation of high-quality software solutions. The role involves leading projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing technical mentorship. This is a contract position for a remote team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java technologies.
- Spring Boot, Oracle, Angular, CICD pipelines, Security scan tools (Veracode, Mend & Acunetix), Design patterns, Architectural principles, Agile methodology.
- Proven experience in a technical lead role, guiding teams in software development projects.
- Extensive knowledge of Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
- Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
