Job Description
Lowell Community Health Center is seeking a Part-Time Call Center Representative who is fluent in Portuguese. The representative will serve as the primary contact for patients and other customers and clients, making appointments, resolving issues, and performing administrative tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of progressive experience in call center environment and/or medical related field
- Bilingual English/Portuguese required
