Lovesac is a young-at-heart, fast-growing furniture company dedicated to helping people fill their homes with Total ComfortTM. The Sr. Analyst, HRIS, will play a critical role in enabling, optimizing, and scaling Lovesac's HR technology ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Information Systems, IT, or Computer Science preferred
- 4+ years of HRIS experience with demonstrated ownership of system configuration and support
- Direct experience with HR, Payroll, Time, Scheduling, or Reporting modules
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- 2+ years of data visualization and reporting experience, including recent hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI
