We are a young-at-heart, fast-growing furniture company, dedicated to helping people fill their homes with Total ComfortTM. As our HRIS Analyst, you will play a critical role in enabling, optimizing, and scaling Lovesac’s HR technology ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; concentration in HR, Information Systems, IT, or Computer Science preferred.
- 2–4 years of HRIS experience, with demonstrated ownership of system configuration and support.
- Direct experience with Paycom required, including HR, Payroll, Time, Scheduling, or Reporting modules.
- Strong understanding of HR data structures, business processes, and system dependencies.
- Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, data validation, formulas).
- 2+ years of data visualization and reporting experience, including recent hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
