Job Description
East Campus Hospital U1500 Acute Rehab is seeking a full-time, night shift Patient Care Assistant (PCA) to support patients with acute rehabilitation needs. The PCA works under the direct supervision of an RN in a fast-paced inpatient setting, focusing on age-specific and developmentally appropriate patient care. The role requires flexible adherence to duties and a strong commitment to customer service.
Requirements
- Successful completion of CNA or MA program (or School of Nursing Fundamentals), or equivalent experience.
- Minimum six months nursing assistant or MA experience preferred.
- BLS certification (Basic Life Support).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and computer skills.
