Logical Position is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to develop and lead trainings for employees in compliance, professional development, sales, and product knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 2+ years of experience applying various training methods. They will be responsible for designing training infrastructure, gathering data, and evaluating the efficacy of training initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years' experience applying various training methods and/or knowledge of LP products
- Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) to build and update learning modules, courses, guides, and other instructional content
- Thorough understanding of digital marketing best practices
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with digital collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Asana, or Microsoft Teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and high standard for work product
- Creative, analytical, and driven individual who works well on a team
- Ability to teach, coach, and mentor employees
- Ability to be self-sufficient, learn new skills quickly, and meet strict deadlines
