The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing the front desk operations during overnight shifts, ensuring financial integrity and delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or guest services role
- Experience with property management systems (PMS) and basic financial reconciliation
- Cash handling, auditing, and report preparation experience
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and customer service skills, and ability to work independently
