Industrial Engineer Sr (Level 3)

As a Senior Industrial Engineer in Greenville, SC, you will drive operational excellence across production and manufacturing facilities by analyzing workflows, enhancing processes, and implementing efficiency improvements. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and contribute to the overall success of our operations.

Requirements

• Analyze and design workflows and sequences of operations to boost productivity and reduce inefficiencies across plant and production facilities.
• Optimize equipment layouts and labor utilization to maximize output and streamline processes.
• Support cost control and inventory initiatives by conducting in-depth studies and recommending actionable solutions.
• Develop and implement plans for facility improvements, process enhancements, and operational method revisions.
• Collaborate with safety teams to support accident prevention initiatives and assist in training programs related to production operations.
• Work closely with facilities engineering on planning and design of production areas and layout improvements.
