Industrial Engineer Sr. (Level 3)

As an industrial engineer, you will work on a team of industrial engineers supporting a production team in the execution of program deliverables, including work measurement, cost analysis, and future business proposal analysis. You will support cross-functional improvement efforts for a production area, work closely with various teams, and perform data analysis, observations, and time studies to support cost driver analysis and process improvement.

Requirements

• Supporting cross-functional improvement efforts for a production area
• Identifying areas of focus for production improvement across a wide scope
• Work directly with and in support of the production operations team
• Performing observations and time studies to support cost driver analysis and process improvement
• Using visualization and data analytic tools to analyze production processes
• Applying Lean and Six-Sigma practices to production and leading major improvement efforts
• Assisting in new product development and proposal efforts with data analysis
