Job Description
LoanDepot is seeking a remote Mortgage Loan Officer to contribute to their direct sales channel, working closely with lenders and clients. The role involves presentational skills, client relationship building, and providing consultative financial advice. This position focuses on providing excellent service to customers across the US.
Requirements
- Licensed Lending Officers receiving high-volume lead flow
- Must be willing to commute to Irvine CA, Southfield MI, Franklin TN, or Scottsdale AZ
- NMLS SAFE ACT compliant, holding 5 or more active state licenses
- Proven production in model performance
- Flexible and adaptable, learning quickly and adapting to fast-paced environments
