Job Description
LoanDepot is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to provide excellent service to customers across all 50 states through a direct sales channel. The role involves generating leads, evaluating customer needs, and providing a consultative approach to determine loan solutions. Loan officers are responsible for loan production standards and maintaining a fast turnaround time.
Requirements
- Licensed Lending Officers receive a high-volume lead flow of online customer contacts daily
- Must be willing to commute to one of our offices in Scottsdale, AZ or Chandler, AZ
- NMLS SAFE ACT compliant, holding 5 or more active state licenses
- Proven production of top performance in same model
