Job Description
This Apartment Painter position involves preparing and applying paints, stains, and finishes to interior and exterior apartment units. The role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols to ensure high-quality results and prepare units for new residents. The painter will inspect surfaces, clean, apply caulk and spackle, and repaint areas to cover existing repairs and damage.
Requirements
