Proven experience in residential or apartment cleaning, ability to follow instructions, and physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds

High school diploma or GED required. 1+ year business experience preferred. 2+ years in multi-family industry is a plus. Safety conscious and able to lift 100lbs
Multifamily Maintenance Technician
High school degree or equivalent and 1-5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
Multifamily Maintenance Technician
Reliable vehicle, liability insurance, valid driver’s license, and physical ability to lift 100lbs. Mobility and good physical condition are also required
Apartment Painter
High school diploma preferred; proven experience as a painter in a residential setting is needed. Proficiency in painting tools and a good understanding of paint types and color theory are important
Apartment Maintenance Technician
Reliable vehicle. Valid driver's license. 100 lb lift capacity. Knowledge of maintenance procedures & equipment operation. Comfort with extreme weather conditions
Apartment Painter
High school diploma or GED preferred. Proven experience as a painter, preferably in a residential or apartment setting. Proficiency in using various painting tools and equipment
Apartment Cleaner
Experience preferred. On-the-job training is common. Knowledge of cleaning methods and SDS's beneficial. Physical stamina required
