Senior Conversation Designer (12-Month FTC)

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Senior Conversation Designer to lead the creation of seamless conversational experiences for customers, build advocacy, and advance Conversation Design across the Group.

Requirements

• Strong experience in human-centred design and conversational AI
• Strong experience designing conversational interfaces
• Strong experience in research methods to inform design choices
• Strong experience in design thinking and facilitation
