Job Description
We’re hiring an acquisition-focused Growth Lead to scale Listen from $XX → $XXX ARR, working directly with our Head of Growth. You’re a highly quantitative, experimental, and energetic performance marketer who’s excited to join a fast-growing, early-stage startup.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience in B2B SaaS growth or performance marketing, ideally at a high-growth startup
- Prior experience in consulting or investment banking is a plus
- Fluency in modern marketing tools like Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Looker/Mode, Webflow, and others
