Creative Producer

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics is seeking a Creative Producer to produce high-quality and original content across all Lush platforms, including website ecommerce photo and video, social content, event activations and brand documentaries.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a comparable production or project management role within an agency or in-house creative team
• Proven experience managing production budgets and schedules
• Experience producing a wide range of content types (ecommerce, social, events, doc etc.)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Eye for trends and an ability to work with art directors and team to create and build sets
• Familiarity with project management software and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems
• Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with both cross-functional internal teams and external vendors
• Ability to give concise feedback and maintain brand guidelines
• Passion for Lush products and an eye for quality
• Ability to travel to and from photoshoot sites as needed
