Photographer

Lush is seeking a creative Photographer to deliver high-quality photography for its in-house Film and Photo team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, multi-talented, and collaborative, with experience running and leading a set, and comfortable with all aspects of the photo process.

Requirements

• Collaborate on ideas with the wider brand team
• Interpret briefs, create shot lists and lighting diagrams/pre vis
• Work with the Producer and Art Director to ensure everything for the shoot aligns to the creative
• Product and lifestyle photography in support of multiple brand initiatives
• Make technical and creative decisions regarding locations, appropriate lighting, shooting angles and set design
• Assisting Filmmakers and Production team on larger scale projects
• Editing and retouching imagery
• Manage digital assets for delivery
• Maintain and collaborate on creative and technical standards for photography
