Linden Lab is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Duluth, GA. As a vital member of our front-line team, you will ensure that Second Life customers achieve maximum value from the platform through personalized, proactive support and success guidance.
Requirements
- 6 months of experience in a Customer Success or Customer Support role, ideally in a virtual platform or tech environment.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and impact in real-time interactions, presentations, and meetings.
- Multitasking ability under pressure while communicating effectively to multiple individuals simultaneously, across various platforms and communication tools.
