Chief Building Engineer

The Chief Building Engineer leads the engineering team and oversees all building maintenance, repair, and operations to ensure high tenant satisfaction, safety, and building efficiency. This role involves managing building systems, managing contractors, and collaborating with tenants and property managers. They also conduct inspections and maintain safety compliance.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED required
• At least ten years of industry-related experience
• At least five years of supervisory, training, and mentoring experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, CMMS and other building operational platforms
• Strong troubleshooting, capital budgeting, and energy management skills/practices
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
