Assistant Property Manager

The Assistant Property Manager will support property managers and others in managing all aspects of a property or portfolio, including marketing, operations, and finances. Key responsibilities include tenant communication, lease administration, property inspections, and preparing reports. This role is critical to property success and involves providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred with 1-2 years of related experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
