Assistant Property Manager

The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager(s) in managing property operations, including marketing, financials, and tenant relations. This role requires ensuring consistent service delivery, reviewing invoices, assisting with leases, and coordinating move-ins and move-outs. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred with 1-2 years of related experience or training
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite
• Financial terms and principles knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and write in English
