Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in account management in an advertising or marketing agency
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team of account managers and executives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with budget management and financial reporting
