Job Description
Sales Director position responsible for developing and driving sales strategies, managing a sales team, and promoting Lightspeed solutions to the K-12 market. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and technical skills, as well as experience in direct selling and sales management.
Requirements
- Develops and drives sales strategies and forecasts
- Manages and develops the regional sales team
- Promotes Lightspeed solutions through presentations and events
- Builds relationships with school administrators and key accounts
- Maintains technical knowledge of current and new products
- Provides training and coaching to sales reps
- Responsible for sales forecasts, data, and documentation
