Job Description
LifeLong Medical Care is seeking an Eligibility Specialist to support patient outreach and enrollment at its 7th Street Site in Berkeley, CA. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week position focuses on preparing and submitting eligibility screening for all patient visits, providing enrollment assistance, and supporting new and established patients. This is a SEIU-UHW position represented by a collective bargaining agreement (CBA).
