Job Description
LifeLong Medical Care is seeking a Central Templating Specialist to maintain and optimize provider scheduling templates within their 7th Street Site in Berkeley. This full-time, benefit-eligible position involves cross-functional collaboration with clinical and IT teams to ensure accurate, standardized appointment templates, aligning with organizational goals and provider availability. The role focuses on template design, maintenance, auditing, training, and support.
Requirements
- Build, maintain, and update provider templates within the EHR (e.g., OCHIN Epic)
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to implement new schedule templates
- Audit and reconcile discrepancies between published and actual template settings
- Maintain inventory of current templates
- Support data validation and reporting efforts
