Strategy Analyst

Libra Solutions is seeking a Strategy Analyst to provide analytical insights and strategic recommendations to improve business execution across sales, underwriting, marketing, and operations. This role involves leveraging data assets to drive enterprise-wide success, particularly focusing on revenue and operational efficiency. The analyst will be heavily involved in developing incentive plans and communicating findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in an analytics role
• Excellent analytical, statistical modeling, and problem solving abilities
• Experience with SQL and Excel
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field
