Strategy Analyst

Libra Solutions is seeking a Strategy Analyst to provide strategic insights and recommendations to business units (sales, underwriting, marketing, and operations). The role involves working with leadership to improve performance, develop incentive plans, and drive growth. The analyst will leverage data assets and collaborate with other team members to deliver actionable insights and insights for enterprise-wide success.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in an analytics role or Master’s degree.
• Excellent analytical, statistical modeling, problem solving, and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Experience with SQL and Excel.
• Analytical curiosity and proactive insight recognition.
• Ability to manage multiple project timelines.
• Efficient communication of statistical findings.
