Senior Organizational Change Manager (OCM) - Client Engagement

Liberum is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Manager to work closely with clients to apply tailored change management strategies. The role involves building relationships, assessing organizational processes, leading stakeholder engagement, and driving adoption and adaptation. The OCM Consultant will create, implement, manage, and reinforce change management plans across projects, guiding team members and clients through change processes. The role emphasizes fostering trust and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of experience related to successful organizational change management
• Prosci Change Management Certification
• Minimum 2 years of working directly with leadership and stakeholders
• Direct experience with technology implementations
• Understanding of different training and user adoption approaches
• Experience conducting business interviews and leading client workshops
• Strong writing skills, including ability to synthesize information
• Exceptional client relationship management skills
