Job Description
Liberum is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Manager to work closely with clients, apply tailored change management strategies, and guide stakeholders through transitional change. The role focuses on building foundational relationships, understanding business strategies, and leading change impact analysis. This is a collaborative role leveraging expertise in organizational change management methodologies to deliver results for Fortune 500 clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of experience related to organizational change management
- Prosci Change Management Certification
- 2 years of working directly with leadership and stakeholders
- Direct experience with technology implementations
- Understanding of different training and user adoption approaches
- Experience conducting business interviews and leading client workshops
- Strong writing skills
- Exceptional client relationship management skills
- Flexibility/Adaptability
