Job Description
Liberty is seeking a Regional Manager to lead and mentor Project Managers for the General Conditions Division within the Northeast Region. This role involves overseeing project execution, client relations, contract negotiations, compliance, and safety standards. The Regional Manager will report to the Division Manager and act as a strategic advisor to support the company's growth and profitability.
Requirements
- Lead, mentor, and collaborate with Project Managers.
- Oversee the execution of the division's goals as outlined in the business plan.
- Lead work acquisition and client management.
- Review and Approve all Monthly Financial Reports.
- Ensure appropriate financial projections for each project and implement strategies to achieve goals.
- Oversee division's projects in SE Region
