Regional Manager, Mission Critical

Responsible for managing all aspects of the Mission Critical business unit, including client relationships, financial management, project oversight, estimating, sales, and quality management.

Requirements

• Lead and mentor a team of project managers, estimators, and support staff
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and enhance market penetration with Suffolk and external clients
• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of general requirements, all-access and special projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Prepare and manage project budgets with project teams
• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies
