Job Description
The Managing Director (MD) reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for achieving the company's strategic goals and objectives, supervising all activities, and providing direction to the business.
Requirements
- First degree with minimum 2nd Class Lower class or its equivalent
- Degree in numerate or semi-numerate disciplines such as Actuarial Sciences, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, Economics, Banking & Finance, Insurance, Law and Business Administration and other related disciplines
- Working experience in the Financial Sector
- ACA, ACCA, ICMA, CIBN, CIS, CFP or CFA and other relevant professional qualification from reputable organizations
- Minimum of 15 years post qualification experience with at least 12 years in the Financial Services and 8 years in senior management position
