Job Description
We are seeking a Managing Director to lead our company's growth and profitability, with ultimate Profit & Loss responsibility. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies, champion company branding, and lead business development efforts.
Requirements
- Good first degree in Management, Economics, Insurance, Law, Finance or related discipline
- Professional qualification(s) in insurance (e.g ACII), or equivalent
- Minimum of 15 years post-qualification experience, including 5 years at senior management level
- Excellent relationship management and strategic networking skills
- Sound knowledge of regional and global trends in the insurance industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, marketing, planning and organization skills
