Record Support Specialist I

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Records Support Specialist I to join our Records Production team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of legal support operations—responsible for coordinating the retrieval of essential records for attorneys engaged in civil litigation.

Requirements

• Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to facilitate record collection.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all correspondence with clients and record holders.
• Coordinate with Account Managers to ensure seamless fulfillment of record requests.
• Provide daily written status updates to clients.
• Manage an active caseload of 350–375 open orders.
• Uphold HIPAA compliance and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive medical and legal records.
