Requirements
- Own the client experience by providing prompt, professional, and accurate responses to email inquiries and service requests.
- Process client orders efficiently, ensuring all job details (billing instructions, service types, associated parties) are captured and entered accurately.
- Manage the onboarding of new clients, including entering firm data, preferences, and requirements into internal systems.
- Coordinate fulfillment of service requests across departments, ensuring seamless communication and timely execution.
- Monitor job status, update client records with progress notes, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Run, monitor, and distribute reports related to job execution and performance.
- Liaise with sales to support client retention and flag potential client issues or new lead opportunities.
- Ensure billing data is accurate and escalate for management review as needed.
- Provide support to inbound call queues and participate in after-hours/on-call duties as required.
- Uphold all HIPAA, privacy, and confidentiality standards in managing sensitive case information.
