Lendlease is seeking a Centre Manager to join their team in Singapore. The Centre Manager will be responsible for setting up and managing the operational needs of their new commercial development, Shaw Tower.
Requirements
- Forecast and manage operating expenses (OPEX) and operational capital expenditure (CAPEX)
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation and performance of the property
- Risk management, including inspections, preventive maintenance, occupational health & safety (OH&S), and emergency/evacuation training and procedures
- Overseeing the operational and marketing functions to ensure maximum value is obtained
- Prepare the annual business plan, quarter asset reviews and monthly reports and other standard reports on progress against KPI’s
- Embraces innovation and new thinking in managing the asset
- Review and approve all retail shop designs
- Drive the alignment of retail and workspace initiatives with the company’s overarching business goals
- Maintain a strong rapport with all stakeholders (both internal and external parties)
- All aspects of general people management i.e. performance appraisals, training, coaching and ongoing performance management
- Collaboration: Working as a part of a larger team to manage the property through the impending redevelopment and achieving the desired tenancy mix
