Assistant / Building Manager (Parkway Parade)

Lendlease is seeking an Assistant/Building Manager to support the Property Manager in building maintenance and lead the Engineering department to ensure the smooth operation of the centre. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building operations and technical experience with risk management focus.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Building Maintenance/ Property Management/ Facilities Management or Building Operations related or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years experiences in retail mall management or relevant industry
• ACMV Knowledge
• Familiar with Green Mark Building Requirement
• IT savvy and proficient in MS Office Applications
• Knowledge with FSSD code will be an added advantage
