Leland Saylor Associates is a leading national project and cost control firm, seeking a Senior Mechanical Cost Estimator to provide precise cost estimations for mechanical projects. The role involves collaborating with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure projects remain within budget and complete on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• A minimum of five years in mechanical estimating within the construction sector
• Familiarity with Bluebeam, OST, Quotesoft, Trimble, Richardson’s and MS Office Suite
• Strong analytical and mathematical capabilities
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and the ability to read technical drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
