Job Description
We are looking for an outstanding Office Engineer I to work with our client, Los Angeles World Airports. The Office Engineer I will participate as an integral member of the LAX Terminal 2 project team, assisting the Project Manager with managing the scope, schedule and operational interfaces of all design and construction-related activities for TDIP's Terminal 2 project.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Technical/Construction background with experience in an operating/active environment
- Experience supporting Multiple Award Task Order Contracts
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations
- Demonstrated experience with complex estimating reconciliations and change order negotiations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam
- Experience with Project Management Implementation Systems; ability to work in PM Web preferred
