Establish the first Mono Gyro stores in the region of Bonn, Cologne, and Düsseldorf, and lead the daily operations of the pilot store, focusing on efficiency, performance, food and service quality, and additional sales.
Requirements
- Education and/or study with a focus on business administration, gastronomy, and/or hotel management or comparable degree.
- 5 years or more experience in managing snack bars, quick-service restaurants (QSR) or fast food businesses with high frequency.
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills, as well as enjoyment in dealing with people in general and with predominantly trained and part-time staff in particular.
- Good German and English language skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to move to the region of the pilot operation.
- Willingness to accompany the pilot operation daily and work alongside it in everyday life.
