Job Description
This role focuses on the construction and management of a new Mono Gyro Store in Bonn, Cologne, and Düsseldorf after previous pilot stores in Greece and other locations. The Operations Manager will lead the daily operations, build and manage store staff, and drive sales and customer satisfaction. They will also expand documentation and SOPs.
Requirements
- Qualification/degree in business economics, gastronomy, hospitality, or equivalent.
- 5+ years experience in restaurants, QSRs, or fast food (high frequency).
- Experience with rapid service and QSR concepts (a plus).
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Greek lifestyle and work style (advantageous).
- Strong German and English skills.
- Willingness to move to the pilot area and contribute on a daily basis.
