Fabricator

We are seeking a Fabricator to join our client's team in Portland, OR. As a Fabricator, you will operate, monitor, and maintain fabrication equipment to ensure efficient and precise production operations. You will also read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to fabricate components accurately.

Requirements

• Operate, monitor, and maintain fabrication equipment
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Perform welding, cutting, grinding, and assembling of metal parts
• Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and accurate inventory tracking
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and troubleshoot operational challenges
• Document fabrication processes, material usage, and other essential data accurately
• Participate in routine maintenance and cleaning of fabrication equipment and work areas
• Report any equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
