Requirements
- Assist in the fabrication, assembly, and production of components using basic hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain fabrication equipment to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Read and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, or work instructions to complete assigned tasks.
- Perform quality checks on materials and finished parts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and structural integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols and shop procedures.
- Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and accurate inventory tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Accurately document work performed, materials used, and production data as required.
- Promptly report any equipment malfunctions, material issues, or safety concerns to supervisors.
