Lear For You is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to join their team at a modern manufacturing site in Martorell, Spain. The role focuses on ensuring customer quality standards are met and exceeding expectations, through root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and collaboration with manufacturing and supplier teams. This position is a key interface for Lear with customers.
Requirements
- Act as a key quality representative for customer issues
