Job Description
LeadVenture is seeking a talented Account Manager to join their Customer Success team at Dealer Spike. The role focuses on developing professional relationships with clients to guide them through improving their dealership's online presence with strategic digital marketing solutions. Successful Account Managers are responsible for building customer value, retaining customers, and driving revenue growth.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- 1+ year of Digital Marketing experience preferred
- Experience working with a CRM preferred
- Excellent Time management and Organizational skills
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Adaptable, Energetic, Team-Player Attitude
- Ability to type 45 wpm
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook with a working knowledge of Google Apps
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly
