Associate Customer Success Manager

LeadVenture is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their Customer Success department, focusing on building strong relationships with dealerships and driving their website success. The role involves providing sales, marketing, and technical support to customers, identifying retention risks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements

• 2+ years of Customer Service experience
• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales and a proven track record of success
• 1+ year of Digital Marketing experience preferred
• Experience working with a CRM preferred
• Excellent Time management and Organizational skills
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Adaptable, Energetic, Team-Player Attitude
• Ability to type 45 wpm
• Ability to multitask efficiently
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook with a working knowledge of Google Apps
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly
