Database Marketing Manager

This Database Marketing Manager position reports to the Director of Marketing and is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of Marketing Database staff. The role involves developing, implementing, and managing database strategies, marketing campaigns, and ensuring data integrity. The manager will oversee customer database management, work with the Director, and contribute to the overall reinvestment strategy for the company.

Requirements

• Supervise and manage staff in the Marketing Database area.
• Develop and implement operational goals and monitor achievements of performance objectives.
• Manage database marketing requests and fulfillment of trackable offer campaigns related to advertising, events, promotions, entertainment, and sponsorships.
• Conduct market research and analyze gaming industry trends.
• Create effective schedules and maintain staffing objectives.
• Manage budget for the marketing department and provide budget recommendations.
• Manage expenses related to direct marketing programs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and communicate in English.
